OPTIONS, a non-profit agency serving individuals with developmental disabilities for over 30 years is looking for a Team Leader. Duties include:• Design and implement training for individuals with disabilities that develop their daily living, social and job related skills. • Train and supervise direct service workers to ensure person centered strategies are fully utilized. • Ensure quality services for caseload of approximately 10 people with disabilities by conducting comprehensive weekly home visits and oversight of service plan.• Provide ongoing communication with family members, support coordinators, and other professionals to ensure the quality of the services. • Coordinate and develop all annual goals and objectives keeping track of monthly progress.• Oversight and assistance in the gathering, development, and organization of all new client records.Social service degree required. BSW preferred (with valid LABSWE credential.) Case management experience preferred. Prior supervisory experience helpful. Strong computer, writing and communication skills required.
